- Any additional charges imposed by banks, payment gateways, or international conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- In case of payment failure or delay, bookings may be cancelled without notice.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on policies of airlines, hotels, transporters, and third-party service providers.
- www.ujjainmahadevtourism.in does not guarantee refunds for bookings cancelled due to weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or third-party failures.
- The refund process may take *7–30 working days*, depending on vendor processing timelines.
- Service charges, convenience fees, and GST are *non-refundable*.
Travel Requirements & Responsibilities
Travellers must ensure:
- Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity (international travel)
- Valid visa(s) and documentation
- Compliance with immigration, customs, health, and COVID-19 guidelines
- Timely reporting to airport/train station/hotel for check-in
We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry resulting from incomplete documentation or non-compliance with regulations.
Limitation of Liability
- We act only as a booking agent between travellers and third-party providers.
- We are not liable for injury, loss, delay, theft, accident, damage, or expenses resulting from:
- Travel service provider actions
* Flight or transport delays
* Natural disasters or political unrest
* Changes in timetable, overbooking, or closure
* Traveler negligence - Our liability, if proven, is limited to the service fee paid to us.
